About
Terms
These terms cover website use, workshop enquiries, membership requests and product orders handled individually by Zug Technology Lab.
Website information
The website describes current and planned activities. Planned workshop dates, places, products and availability are not guaranteed until confirmed directly.
Store orders by email
The “Order by email” link creates a non-binding enquiry. No contract and no payment result from clicking the link or sending the first email. A contract is formed only when ZTL sends an individual order confirmation that clearly confirms the product, quantity, total price, delivery or pickup and payment method, and the customer accepts where required.
Prices and shipping
Product prices are in Swiss francs and include any legally applicable non-optional public charges. Shipping is not included unless stated and will be disclosed before a contract is formed. No amount is charged on this website.
Availability, delivery and defects
Small-batch products are subject to availability. The confirmation states the expected delivery or pickup arrangement. Customers should report incorrect or defective goods promptly. Mandatory statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
Workshops
Registering interest is free and is not a booking. Dates, location, age requirements, fees, supervision, safety rules and cancellation conditions are provided before a workshop registration becomes binding. A parent or legal guardian must approve participation by a minor where required.
Membership
A membership email is an application, not automatic admission. Membership is governed by the association’s statutes and valid resolutions. ZTL confirms admission, the applicable annual fee, payment details and membership start in writing.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
Do not misuse, disrupt or attempt unauthorised access to the website. Website text, graphics and the ZTL brand may not be reused commercially without permission, except where mandatory law allows it.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ZTL is not liable for indirect loss caused by website unavailability or reliance on clearly provisional information. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected.
Law and disputes
Swiss law applies. The competent courts are determined by mandatory Swiss law; where a valid choice is permitted, the courts at the association’s seat in Zug are competent. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern directly.
