Understand it, step by step

Name one user and one problem without recording private details. “A beginner forgets the next watering step” is more specific than “everyone needs an app”.

Choose one core feature. A feature should directly help with the problem. More buttons do not automatically mean more value.

Define a testable success criterion: what could a person do with your product? A wireframe is a simple layout for testing this idea before polishing its colours.
User: a new gardener. Problem: forgetting to check soil. Feature: a clear check-soil instruction. Test: the person can explain the next action without my help.
