Work at your pace. Take a break between stages; there is no countdown.
You need: paper, a pencil and this lab. A helper is welcome for reading and discussion.Connect to what you know
Combine a clear prompt with the evidence checking you practised. Design a study helper with boundaries.
Understand it, step by step
- 1
A helper needs a narrow purpose. “Explain today’s circuit diagram” is testable; “Know everything” is not.
- 2
Choose safe inputs: the lesson text and an invented question. Keep private information out. A helper should admit when its source does not support an answer.
- 3
Test both a supported question and an out-of-scope request. Your design should answer from the source or ask for help, rather than invent.
Question: “What happens when the switch opens?” Source supports: current stops. Question: “What is my password?” Source cannot answer, and the helper must not request the password.
Pause and predict
Should a helper always produce an answer?
